Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation. You get the full photo set by email whether you hire us or not.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
We do. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, help with supplements if the scope misses something, and stay with it until the final check clears.
How long does a roof take?
Most single-family homes are a one-day job with one of our crews. Larger or steeper roofs, or metal installs, can run two to three days.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship on every roof we install, in writing. Material defects are covered separately by the manufacturer, and we'll explain both before you sign.
Will there be nails left in my yard?
We run rolling magnets over the lawn, drive and flowerbeds the same day, and again at the final walkthrough. If you find one later, call us and we'll come back out.
Do you do repairs, or only full replacements?
Plenty of repairs. Flashing, boots, a wind-lifted section, a leak around a chimney. If a repair buys you years, we'll say so.
